Terms of use
PuzzleKids app for Android and iPhone · Last updated: 28 October 2026
1. Who we are
PuzzleKids is published by Enli GmbH (brand: Puzzle Enterprise), Wellhauserweg 29, 8500 Frauenfeld, Switzerland, contact info@puzzle-enterprise.com. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. Children use the app with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf and decides about purchases.
2. The app
PuzzleKids is a jigsaw puzzle game for children. Part of it can be played for free with ads. The pictures were drawn for the app. We may add, change or remove pictures and features.
3. The No Ads pass
- The No Ads pass unlocks all pictures and removes the ads for as long as it is active.
- It is a subscription for one month. The price is shown in the store before you buy.
- It renews automatically every month until it is cancelled. On Google Play you can cancel at any time in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. On the App Store, cancel in your Apple ID's subscription settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current month; the payment is charged to your Apple ID.
- After cancelling, the pass stays active until the end of the month already paid.
- Payments, cancellations and refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their rules (Google Play refunds, Apple refunds).
- A parent check comes before every purchase, so a child can't buy by accident.
4. What you may do
We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app on your own devices. The app, its pictures, design and code remain ours; please don't copy, sell or change them. If you got the app from Apple's App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies as well.
5. Liability
We make the app with care but cannot promise that it is always available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by using the app, except for intent and gross negligence. The consumer protection laws of your country remain unaffected.
6. Privacy
How the app handles data is explained in the privacy policy.
7. Changes and law
We may update these terms when the app changes; the date at the top shows the current version. These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Frauenfeld, Switzerland, unless mandatory law gives consumers another place of jurisdiction (for example where they live).
